Delete your account in the app
Naild is operated by Kristóf Jakab, a private individual in Hungary. To delete your account, open your Profile tab, open account settings, select Delete account, review the confirmation, and confirm the deletion. The app requires an active sign-in session. If you signed in with Apple, Naild may ask you to authorize Apple account access revocation before it can complete deletion.
What the in-app process attempts to delete
The deletion function attempts to remove your Naild authentication account and associated profile and artist-profile data, uploaded profile and portfolio images, preferences, onboarding data, search sessions, likes and interactions, saved collections, blocks, policy acceptance records, and account-linked Apple revocation credentials. Associated records are removed where the database’s configured deletion relationships permit it.
Records and copies that may remain
We may retain information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to address safety issues, disputes, or legal claims. Some moderation action records may remain and may contain content or account identifiers and internal notes. Email copies, provider logs, and backups may be subject to the relevant provider’s retention and deletion processes. Naild does not control every independent copy held by an external service.
The deletion request can fail if the service cannot verify your account, remove stored files, or complete another required step. If the app reports an error, follow its instructions or contact support. Do not assume deletion is complete unless the app confirms success.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@trynaild.com from an address you can access and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Never send your password, sign-in code, or Apple/Google credentials.
