Who these Guidelines apply to
Naild accounts are for people aged 18 or older. At registration, users are asked to confirm that they meet this age requirement. These Guidelines apply to all content and conduct in Naild.
1. Your creativity. Your responsibility.
Share your creativity, and make sure you have the rights and permissions to do so. Artists may upload only images and other material they created or are authorized to share. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions and rights needed, including permissions for recognizable people where required. Do not remove or conceal another creator's credit or watermark, copy a design without permission, or use another person's identity or portfolio as your own.
2. Publication and moderation
Naild uses immediate publication with reactive moderation. Content may become available when you submit it; there is no manual pre-publication approval requirement, and Naild does not review every upload before it is published. Publication does not mean Naild has approved, verified, endorsed, or guaranteed the content, the artist, or any claim made about it.
We may review reports and other information that comes to our attention, and may hide or remove content or restrict an account under the Terms and these Guidelines. This does not limit any responsibility or duty Naild has under applicable law.
3. AI-generated inspiration
You may share AI-generated nail-art inspiration where its creation and use are lawful and you have the rights needed to share it. Do not present generated or materially altered content as a real completed nail service, actual client work, or work you personally performed when that is not true. Describe generated or materially altered images accurately so people are not misled.
4. Content and conduct that are not allowed
Do not post or link to unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, abusive, or graphically disturbing material. Do not impersonate a person or business, misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work, or availability, or publish misleading information about another person.
5. No scams, spam, or harmful links
Do not use Naild to scam, defraud, spam, manipulate, or deceive users, or to distribute harmful links or malicious software. Do not misuse contact details or information you see in Naild.
6. Report and block
Use the in-app Report action on an artist profile or portfolio entry to report a concern. Choose the closest reason and provide relevant details. Reports are reviewed by the operator; submitting a report does not guarantee that content or an account will be removed.
Use the in-app Block action on an artist when you do not want to see or interact with that account. If an in-app control is unavailable or you need help, email support@trynaild.com. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.
7. Review and enforcement
The operator may review reports and other information that comes to their attention. Content that appears to violate these Guidelines may be hidden or removed, and an account may be restricted, suspended, or terminated. The operator may dismiss a report when it does not identify a violation. Action may also be taken where necessary for safety, security, or compliance with law.
The operator will provide a statement of reasons where required by applicable law. If you are affected by a decision, you may request support-assisted review by emailing support@trynaild.com with the account or content details and the decision you want reviewed. Naild does not currently provide an in-app appeal feature; any deadlines or procedures required by applicable law continue to apply. These procedures do not replace any rights or procedures that apply under law.
8. Contact
Naild is operated by Kristóf Jakab, a private individual in Hungary. For questions, reports you cannot submit in the app, or review requests, contact support@trynaild.com. Include only information relevant to your request.
